Account Management Associate

The Sales team at Graphiq is charged with forming creative strategic partnerships with advertising partners. This includes pitching a multitude of monetization options, from retargeting to sponsorship, lead generation to native advertising. We’ve partnered with some of the biggest brands on the web, including Best Buy, LG, Salesforce, Allstate, Ally Bank, and GE. On the sales team, we’re dedicated to keeping revenue growth up and to the right! We’ve run custom campaigns, topic take-overs, and enhanced sponsorships to fit our partners’ needs.

As an Account Management Associate, you will work closely with our clients to ensure the sustained growth of their campaigns and to maintain high levels of partner satisfaction. You will learn the details of online performance marketing and work closely with our revenue strategy and sales team to setup and maintain successful advertising campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Effectively and clearly communicate with clients to ensure a high level of partner satisfaction while looking for campaign expansion opportunities
• Properly set expectations and timelines for implementation and campaign performance
• Analyze partner successes and failures to perfect campaign implementation processes
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of all sales products to effectively communicate the value of advertising on Graphiq
• Utilize RelateIQ CRM to maintain accurate records of account communications
