- Review Cost Breakdown Sheets (CBS) and negotiate seasoning costing to meet margin requirements.
- Partners with Development and Product team to review margins, provide analysis, and recommendations to reduce cost without jeopardizing quality.
- Provides costing margin scenarios to Product Team for SRP decision making.
- Provides various costing margin comparison to Development and Product team for decision making.
- Maintains, validates, and analyzes costing information supporting the product creation process.
- Assists Costing Manager on seasonal brand cost report updating and validation.
- Manages Product Lifestyle Management system costing requirements in USA and Asia in order to meet critical path milestones.
- Communicates with Purchasing group and China Costing on price tracking.
- Works on Quarterly cross-brand costing reports and projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 to 3 years of product costing experience
- Experience in footwear product, or apparel, or handbag is a plus
- Knowledgeable in textile/synthetic and leather materials
- Proven analytical ability, intellectual curiosity, and problem solving skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficient spoken and written English
