Job Description:
• Conceptualize and work with cross-functional teams to bring to market programs that identify and engage customers based on insights and customer behavior
• Design and partner to execute integrated multi-channel programs leveraging e-mail, web, community, advocacy, self-service, in-product, Customer Care, Sales, and other touch points to optimize the customer experience
• Bring to market programs that focus on early life retention, stimulate usage, improve renewals and overall customer communications for expanding value and for retaining more customers
• Create value marketing programs with customers that support but also go beyond earning the right to offer additional products and services. Value based programs will ensure:
o Fulfillment of the brand promise from Citrix, helping customers achieve their objectives
o Demonstrate the value from Citrix offerings
o Add value beyond the Citrix offerings
o Create additional value beyond the customer relationship
o Alignment with the Citrix values
• Design and partner to develop up-sell/cross-sell programs to attract accounts and users for additional products
• Proactively analyze, understand and communicate learning’s about customers in terms of who uses and why, who leaves and why
• Execute against the defined testing plan via self-service testing tools
• Identify trends and patterns which lead to specific insights and testing initiatives
• Take lead on all customer communications
• Closely align across the Engagement Channel team to insure interlock between touch point strategy, program design, reporting and global leverage of programs
• Closely align programs with customer care programs
Develop and Execute Value Marketing Programs
• Work with Usage, Retention & IPD, Cloud Marketing and Customer Care to understand the key messaging to drive
• Develop programs based on insights with focus on measurable outcomes.
• Provide requirements/campaign brief, strategy for programs requiring production
Lead and Coordinate Customer Communications
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholder requests for customer communications, establishing priority, scheduling & goal alignment ensuring flawless execution.
Day-to-day Management of Marketing Automation Programs
• Understand ongoing & changing requirements of the customer segments
• Manage business owner requests and working closely with supporting functions to align strategy and priorities
• Manage all aspects of calendar of programs for paid accounts, ensuring & adherence to established contact strategy
• Monitor industry trends and recommend new technologies or tactics
• Work in close collaboration with Demand Center to ensure timely, flawless execution, tracking & reporting to drive meaningful outcomes.
Create Demand with paying Accounts and Users
• Engage users through value and promotions and drive demand into the online and offline conversion channels
Qualifications (include Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Related Work Experience)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment with changing priorities
• Exceptional editing, organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize projects and manage resources
• Strong sense of how to build relationships across multiple teams, and deep understanding of how to get work done in matrix organizations
• Knowledge of web marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, as well as aspects of digital marketing tactics, including design and familiarity with content management process
• Familiarity with the capabilities and role that marketing automation platforms play
• Understanding of subscription and lifecycle marketing
