Service Technician – Santa Maria
The Towbes Group Inc. a premier property management firm seeks a full-time experienced Service Technician to provide building maintenance and customer service at Hancock Terrace our new 272 unit apartment community in Santa Maria.
As a key member of our resident property management team, the Service Technician interacts daily with our apartment community team members and residents. While maintaining the community standards is also an essential function of this role.
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of apartment building maintenance
- Appliance repair
- HVAC
- Plumbing, and electrical trade skills
- First class customer service
- Excellent communication
- Organizational talent with ability to multi-task
This is a full time position and requires participation in our weekday and weekend after-hours emergency on-call rotation program.
